Better late than never...

My life has been extremely busy lately..ok well mostly my job has kept me extremely busy and then when I finally get home around 6:30 or 7 pm, I either crash or have some evening event to attend. I hope it all slows down a little bit before the baby comes!

Speaking of baby...(who is currently squirming around in my belly), finally here are the updated belly pics from 28 and 30 weeks. Believe it or not, I will be 32 weeks on Sunday! Only 8 weeks left!! (or less if this baby is as impatient as me!)

We were visiting with some friends recently and there were a bunch of babies around. When we got home I was telling Brian how excited I was to meet our child....will it be a boy or a girl, who will goober look like? What color hair will they have? What color eyes? What will their personality be like?!?! So many things to learn about our new little one!! I am so excited!!!

We started birthing classes at the hospital where I will deliver....the instructor kind of drives us nuts, but I am sure we will learn a few useful things. We went on a tour of the Labor and Delivery ward at the first class, and it was weird to be in the rooms, and see everything, thinking "THIS IS WHERE WE WILL MEET OUR BABY!!!"

As usual Goober has been very active. I have been able to feel different body parts, and feel them move when I put my h and on them. Brian is simply fascinated to feel the baby moving around! Last night he put his ear up to my belly and was listening to the baby move around, and even heard the heartbeat! Then Goober kicked him in the head!! He laughed!

Feeling Goober move around is so amazing, although I will say the kicks to my bladder are not my favorite!

Yeah!! So excited to see your belly growing! I remember when I worked in the nursery at a hospital and we would have the group of people touring the labor and delivery unit. Their faces were so excited, so i would hold up a baby and they would all laugh with excitement!
