Life's Lens: Indianapolis Family Portrait Photographer: Parrish Family Take 1

I had so much fun capturing the Parrish family a few weeks ago! I am so excited to share with you some of the images and I had too many favorites to just do one post, so there are 2! =)

Alicia had some great ideas of what she wanted for their family portraits and one of the things that was important to her was that their family was photographed in their familiar surroundings and where their kids play and live. We had a lot of fun creating together!

This is one reason that I prefer to come to a family's home to photograph them instead of have a studio. I want the little tyke's to be in a place that is familiar to them, I want to capture them in their environment with their toys, in the backyard they grow up playing in.
